MEDIATHEK

Rocio Marano is an Argentinian dancer and choreographer based in Berlin since 2014. She has a diverse background in physical theatre, martial arts, and contemporary dance. Her artistic research focuses on traditional Argentine dance, challenging Western attributions such as those assigned to folklore, as well as related aesthetic paradigms of contemporary academic dance.
