SIDance was created by Seoul Section of the International Dance Council CID-UNESCO in 1998. The 9th Seoul International Dance Festival 2006 presents: "Breathing Shell" by Lee Gwan-seok With full of energy, Lee Gwang-seok moves with fast pace and rhythm that easily appeal to audience who unknowingly breath together with him. Monthly CHUM. The charm of Lee Gwang-seok’s dance lies in its adhesiveness. Attaching something but not clinging on to it is the protective fence and attitude to safeguard his dances and his characteristics. A much "envied" dancer equipped with every skill a dancer has to have, Lee Gwang-seok has been internationally famed after winning Yokohama Dance Competition in 1999 and Hong Kong Dance Competition in 1994.
