MEDIATHEK

Reservoir, a dance piece with both a solo part and a duo component by Montréal-based choreographer and dancer George Stamos(…).  Stamos’ earlier works focused on dysfunction in interpersonal relationships.  With Reservoir, Stamos attempts to place importance on healing and regeneration of the body.  Reservoir “highlights the perception of self, the other and shifting environments (both natural and man-made) in a process of abandoning defensiveness in order to enter a state of peace”.
