For the project REMIXES, Boris Hauf and Christina Ciupke have been screening the archive of their joint works of the past years. Following the idea of remixing – in collaboration with visual and performance artist Darko Dragičević – they dissected material and compositional elements of their existing pieces and recombined them.

On four evenings they will alternately present two different remixes (REMIXES1, REMIXES2) of moving image, moving body and moving sound. In this process, the film material recorded and edited by Darko Dragičević, will be mixed with a live performance by Christina Ciupke and Boris Hauf. Thus, in addition to a showing in the space (Studio 12), part of the performance will also take place outdoors (in the courtyard of Uferstudios). The two different evenings can be attended separately. A special experience is created in the combination, by visiting both performances.

Für das Projekt REMIXES haben Christina Ciupke und Boris Hauf das Archiv ihrer gemeinsamen Arbeiten der letzten Jahre gesichtet. Dem Konzept des Remix folgend, zerlegten sie – in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bildenden und Performance-Künstler Darko Dragičević – Material und kompositorische Elemente ihrer bestehenden Stücke und kombinierten sie neu.

An vier Abenden zeigen sie im Wechsel zwei verschiedene Remixes (REMIXES1, REMIXES2) aus bewegtem Bild, bewegtem Körper und bewegtem Klang. Dabei wird das durch Darko Dragičević aufgenommene und editierte Filmmaterial mit einer Live-Performance von Boris Hauf und Christina Ciupke gemischt. So wird neben einer Aufführung im Raum (Studio 12) auch ein Teil der Performance im Freien (auf dem Hof der Uferstudios) stattfinden. Die beiden unterschiedlichen Abende können einzeln besucht werden. Ein besonderes Erlebnis entsteht in der Kombination, durch den Besuch beider Performances.
