Katrine Johansen was born 1989 in Aarhus, Denmark. 2008-2009 she studied at Archauz U-company in Aarhus continuing to Copenhagen Contemporary Dance School. In 2010 she started the Bachelor Programme in Dance Performance at the University of Dance and Circus (DOCH) from which she will graduate spring 2013. Within the frame of her education she is an apprentice at Cullberg Ballet season 2012/2013. At Archauz U-company Katrine has performed in Motion/Notion ver.3 by Jens Bjerregaard, Caution byLouise Friis and Landscape shifters by Lodie Kardouss. At DOCH she danced in From the big Lebowski by Tilman O’Donnell and most recently in the repertoire work in Trip bt The White Horse Collective and xspectacle av Crystal Pite.
