Belgium based J&J productions was found in 2009 by Jasper Braet and Jasper Vanpaemel. Their productions have been performed on all kind of stages in Belgium, Norway, The Netherlands and the UK among some other countries. They perform as a duo or collaborate with other artists.

During the last years, they worked together with ensembles and solo artists such as Ictus Ensemble, Nadar Ensemble, David Helbich, Matthew Shlomowitz, Richard

J&J productions are creating multidisciplinary performances on the intersection of acoustic & electronic music, video art and experimental design of instruments or other stages. House of Tiles is one of their newest productions. Next to J&J’s basic ingrediënts, this project focuses on physical movement. It explores the possibilities on how the human body can be recorded, remembered, transformed or highlighted in different set-ups. A surreel experience is created by using many video techniques and a huge platform dominating the stage.

In this production, J&J are collaborating with a group of dancers and choreographers. Together they leave their safe environment, discovering a new, augmented reality. The story develops around the protagonists’ quest for a new identity, leading to an ultimate climax.
