"The North Wind and The Sun" is an opera in one act, whose theme originated from the same name as Aesop fable. Tatjana Vorel is the author of libretto and music, combining her literary and musical creativity. In this way, she has reached the degree of creative freedom she wanted.
 The theme of the work "The North Wind and The Sun" is the eternal struggle of power in nature, what can be translated as a permanent internal conflict in each of us. That is why this subject was interesting in classical Greek literature and remains current until today. With regard to the theme that is the same for adults and children, the opera may be interesting and adaptable to a wide audience.
 It is a chamber opera in which 3 soloists and pianists participate, and an actor who is watching at the bottom of the scene.
