"The Long Life - The production demonstrates all that an actor is capable of wordlessly expressing through psychophsics alone, and it would seem that the experiment is open - it is impossible that the very absence of words would turn the viewer into a mere observer of everything that the New Riga Theatre's actors are able to achieve through their artistry."

"The production puts us in the position of us and them (the elderly) and plays with our emotions. The authors of "The Long Life" portray the lives of five people and wordlessly describe one ordinary day. As virtual observers we enter an ordinary home and become part of the somnambulant rhythm of the everyday life of the elderly. The actors' vivid performances, close up and personal with the audience, are phenomenal."
