The world of Doma's Faust is one of 'witchery and dreams' -- the world of the 'Walpurgis Night' sequence in the original text. In this metaphorical setting, the story of humanity's quest for salvation is ritualistically replayed in symbolic movement and dance (choreographed by Awatif Ibrahim), in shorthand as it were, in a highly grotesque manner.
