It tells the story of four friends whose present past and future lives are delicately intertwined. They study their reflections in the windows of a cafe, looking back on themselves nostalgically, dreaming of the perfect future, and painfully failing to make contact with each other in the present.
Timeless marked a new stage in the company's development of a rich theatrical style, which integrated text, body-work and music. It was performed by four actors - Kate Dickie, Paul Thomas Hickey, Molly Innes and Keith MacPherson - and supported by a string quartet playing live on stage, led by Artistic Associate of the company Lucy Wilkins.
