Badman is a work with men not for men.
This multidisciplinary work for seven dancers and one live musician (Douglas Henderson)
Badman premiered at Clemente Soto Velez ‘s Flamboyan Theater in April 2004. It was conceived to be viewed by only 30 people at a time. They are seated facing each other on either side of tables set up for dinner. The dance takes place in the space between the two rows of seated audience members who become as much a part of the landscape of the dance as the performers.
