MEDIATHEK

ZMORA is a compositional nightmare, aesthetical horror and musical terror.

Julia Plawgo works with dance and choreography as a survival strategy. She studied at the Berlin Inter-University Center for Dance, works mainly with friends, and her favorite pop songs are “Gypsy Woman (She’s Homeless)” by Crystal Waters and “You Keep Me Hangin’ On” by Kim Wilde.

Three evenings with many works and artists biting into monstrous realities where hallucinations intermingle with waking life, where human and non-human beings make unknown alliances, where ghosts come and stay and speak aloud…

Julia Plawgo arbeitet mit Tanz und Choreografie als Überlebensstrategie. Sie hat am Hochschulzentrum für Tanz in Berlin studiert, arbeitet hauptsächlich mit Freunden und ihre Lieblings-Popsongs sind „Gypsy Woman (She’s Homeless)“ von Crystal Waters und „You Keep Me Hangin‘ On“ von Kim Wilde.

Drei Abende mit verschiedenen Arbeiten von Künstler*innen, die sich in monströse Realitäten verbeißen, wo sich Halluzinationen mit dem wachen Leben vermischen, wo menschliche und nicht-menschliche Wesen unbekannte Allianzen eingehen, wo Geister kommen und bleiben und laut sprechen…..
