Petter has since 1997 run the choreographic partnership Scentrifug together with Thomas Caley. Scentrifug has produced and presented over twenty works in Sweden and internationally from New York to St.Petersburg. – Joyce Soho, Martha @mother, Royal Opera House – Stockholm, Färgfabriken, “Chess the Musical. Moderna Dansteatern- Stockholm. Music Hall St.Petersburg. Skånes Dansteater – Malmö, the Gallery space dcEX – Stockholm. Latest productions are Nightlife at Färgfabriken, Paradise? Skånes Dansteater and Untitled partner for Moderna Dansteatern. They received a Gold mask for best choreography in “Chess the musical in 2003 Petter choreographed the opera Staden, a commissioned work for Stockholm, cultural capital of Europe – 98 at the Royal Opera House in Stockholm and was the Artistic Director for the Royal Swedish Ballet in Stockholm 1999 –2002. During the period as Artistic Director for the Royal Swedish Ballet he was awarded “ Choreographer of the year 2002 from the Society of Swedish Choreographers in recognition of the modernisation of the Royal Swedish Ballet. He Produced Unreal Estate with music by Entombed and choreography by Bogdan Szyber/Carina Reich also presenting works by Birgitta Egerbladh and Mathilde Monnier, inviting them for the first time to work with a classical company . Also to critical acclaim Petter and Thomas directed In nooks and crannies, a performing arts installation for The Royal Opera house - Stockholm,. This large happening incorporating and intergrading the Royal Ballet, Opera and Orchestra. exposed unusual private and public interiors as performance spaces. Between 1984 and 1993 Petter was a Principal dancer with the Sadler’s Wells Royal Ballet touring nationally and internationally as well as appearing as a guest artist with many international companies. His time in New York between 1993 to 1999 included work with the Twyla Tharp Dance Company in 1993-1995 and Irene Hultman dance in 1996-1998 and the formation of Scentrifug 1997. He is educated at the Royal Swedish ballet school 1971 – 1981 and The Vaganova Academy in St.Petersburg 1981-1982, The Merce Cunningham studio 1995, and Susan Kline studio 1996 - 1999.
