MEDIATHEK

is a dancer, dance/movement teacher and performer based in Helsinki, Finland. She trained as dancer in Outokumpu dance education (2004) and in several workshops throughout the years with a wide range of teachers in the field of contemporary dance, improvisation, contact improvisation, release technique, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais and many more subjects. She has a MA in Contemporary Dance Pedagogy from the University of Music and Performing Arts, Frankfurt am Main. She is a certified Pilates teacher since 2007 as well as an Iyengar Yoga teacher trainee since 2010.
