Guillem Mont de Palol (Girona, 1978) graduated in 2006 from the School for New Dance Development (UVA, Amsterdam) combines his career as a young dance maker with working for other choreographers and makers. He has worked with: Mette Ingvartsen, Vincent Dunoyer, Andrea Bozic, DDDorvillier, Keren Levi, Nora Helman among others. In his pieces he combines physicality, presence, expression, time and space to produce personal ogics. I need you to play that body (2006) was performed in Melkweg theatre Amsterdam and finalist piece in the 11th Maspalomas Dance Contest (Spain). I WAS A TENNAGE WEREWOLF WHILE INVENTING HORRORS was presented in festivals and venues around Europe (La Casa Encendida, Madrid, sommer.bar 2010 Berlin, Melkweg Theatre Amsterdam among others). He is also interested in multidisciplinary artistic processes as well as collaborative processes between different artists where to dialogue and exchange information.
