Born in Romania in 1980, Corneliu Ganea pursued his classical and modern education at different schools in Romania and Switzerland from the age of 13. Working with Ballet Theater Augsburg, Ballet Theater Munich, Galilidance and Krisztina de Chatel Dansgroep has been casted in a variety of pieces from different international choreographers. He developed a strong attraction for choreography, when he created his first duet in 1999. Other works that followed were presented and awarded at international competitions and festivals in Germany, Spain, Japan, South Korea and Italy. In 2009 he performed his piece “Fragments of a Minor Shift at LUCKY TRIMMER Dance Performance Series in Berlin.
