Luigi Coppola works in performance and relational art field, both in solo and collaborative projects. He is director of the art network LOSS – laboratorio operativo sistemi sensibili. He has approached research along unconventional and crossover paths in terms of disciplines and areas of research. He trained both as a scientist (graduation in Engineering) as well as in the art field (Performing Art with specialization in Theory and Cross Media), looking for an approach as open as possible to researches about our contemporaneousness. Collaborator at Cittadellarte- Fondazione Pistoletto, Biella. He is part of the group of research “Art and Society at the Art Academy in Tilburg (Netherland) and curator of the collaborative project “Democratic Acts (1st Democracy Biennale in Torino) and of the festival of Performance Art at Lungomare Gallery in Bolzano.
