"von hier aus" ist eine Choreografie der Gemütsbewegungen. Das Stück untersucht Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten”¨von Gefühlen in Gesicht und Bewegung. Die Tänzerinnen navigieren durch einen Parcours verschiedener Experimente, die sich immer wieder auf andere Art mit der Darstellbarkeit von Emotionen beschäftigen. Ihre Bewegungen verweisen auf bekannte Posen und Gesichtsausdrücke ' oft gesehene Darstellungen von Emotionen werden zitiert, verwandelt und ergänzt: Das Gesicht tanzt mit. Und mit jedem bewegten Muskel erzählt es von anderen vermeintlich authentischen oder völlig übertriebenen Gemütsregungen.”¨

"von hier aus" is a choreography of emotions. The piece investigates possibilities for emotional expression in both the face and in movement. The dancers navigate through a course of various experimentations, over and over finding different ways of engaging with the presentability of emotions. Frequently observed displays of emotion will be invoked, transformed and replenished: The face is dancing. And each movement speaks of another supposedly authentic or completely exaggerated emotion.

"BALKEN" ist eine Studie über die Empfindung von warmem Holz. Zum Beispiel Holz, das noch die Wärme der Sonne speichert, das Gefühl, auf einem Dachboden im Sommer zu sein; das eigentümliche Geräusch von knackendem Holz ' nicht weil es brennt, sondern weil es sich bewegt, weil es sich ausdehnt und zusammenzieht, weil es sich seiner Umgebung anpasst: der Temperatur und Atmosphäre, die eine ständige Unterhandlung der sich stützenden und tragenden Balken hervorruft.

"BALKEN" (beam/s) is a study on the sensation of warm wood. Wood that contains the warmth of the sun for instance, the sensation of being in an attic in summer; the particular sound of cracking wood ' not because it is burning, but because it moves, because it expands and contracts, because it adjusts to its surroundings: to the temperature and atmosphere, causing a constant negotiation between the different beams carrying and supporting each other.
