Monkey Production

"Monkey Production" is not a contemporary dance company in the conventional sense. It was founded in Moscow in 2006 by dancer/choreographer Olga Dukhovnaya* and architect/video-artist Konstantin Telepatov** as an experimental project, which aims at uniting dance, architecture, video art, sound, casual movements and animation for creating a new, hopefully unexpected product. In March 2006 we made our first piece called "The Last Day Of A Dog's Life", which was performed in Sweden, France, U.K., Lithuania and Russia. At the moment there're four members of "Monkey Production". We've being joined by independent dancer Sonja Levina*** and performer Ondrej Vidlar**** from Check Republic. Now we keep on working on the new piece in collaboration with Mooncake experimental rock band.
