Dancer, choreographer of the par Terre dance company (2005), writer and journalist, Anne Nguyen was born in 1978 in Paris. After studying in science, she chooses to dedicate herself to dance. She has danced for hip-hop and contemporary dance companies (Black Blanc Beur, Rêvolution, Faustin Linyekula, Salia Nï Seydou), and within the groups RedMask, Phase T, Def Dogz, Créteil Style. Besides the stage, she is active within the sphere of battles (winner BOTY 2005, IBE 2004…), that she is regularly judging (BC-One 2007, BOTY 2006…). She appears in the movie Planet B-Boy (2007). She has won the 2nd prize of the solo choreography contest in 14 Masdanza 2009 with her solo Square Root (2007). Anne is also a writer of poems, prose and articles. In charge of the dance section of Graff it! magazine since 2006, she specializes in hip-hop dance. Her project of book the Manual of the City Warrior, a collection of poems, is published in Graff It! magazine since 2004. She also writes in Danser magazine since 2007.
